Tenancy Management

Corporate Tenancy Management is designed to assist the employee throughout their stay once a property has been selected.

PKL can provide 3 levels of the tenancy management service:-

  • Tenancy Start Up - prior to move in
  • Ongoing Tenancy Management – during the tenancy
  • Tenancy Departure – post move

Tenancy Start Up
This service includes:-

  • Lease negotiation and preparation
  • Collection of compliance documentation including a valid Gas Safety Certificate
  • Arranging Inventory Check In (if appropriate)
  • Arranging payment of initial invoice including first month’s rent and deposit
  • Transfer of utilities and council tax accounts into the Occupier’s name
  • Assisting with the set up of a telephone account
  • Co-ordinating any furniture rental

Ongoing Tenancy Management
This service includes:-

  • Assisting with maintenance issues which may arise during the tenancy
  • Payments of rents and property related disbursements
  • Utility Management
  • Renewals and Terminations of leases

Tenancy Departure
This service includes:-

  • Arranging end of tenancy clean
  • Arranging Inventory Check Out
  • Deposit Negotiation and Reconciliation
  • Closing of utilities and council tax accounts
