Tenancy Management
Corporate Tenancy Management is designed to assist the employee
throughout their stay once a property has been selected.
PKL can provide 3 levels of the tenancy management service:-
- Tenancy Start Up - prior to move in
- Ongoing Tenancy Management – during the tenancy

Tenancy Departure – post move
Tenancy Start Up
This service includes:-
- Lease negotiation and preparation
- Collection of compliance documentation including a
valid Gas Safety Certificate
- Arranging Inventory Check In (if appropriate)

Arranging payment of initial invoice including first month’s
rent and deposit

Transfer of utilities and council tax accounts into the Occupier’s
name
- Assisting with the set up of a telephone account
- Co-ordinating any furniture rental
Ongoing Tenancy Management
This service includes:-
- Assisting with maintenance issues which may arise
during the tenancy
- Payments of rents and property related disbursements
- Utility Management
- Renewals and Terminations of leases
Tenancy Departure
This service includes:-
- Arranging end of tenancy clean
- Arranging Inventory Check Out
- Deposit Negotiation and Reconciliation
- Closing of utilities and council tax accounts
