PKL Relocation is part of PKL Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of
Countrywide plc.

PKL were the originators of Tenancy Management in 1983, in response to a request from a major investment bank that had decided to outsource the administration of its expatriate housing.

Over several years, with the addition of several major accounts, PKL’s proactive approach enabled it to identify new services that would be of benefit both to existing clients and potential ones, e.g. outbound expatriate property management, a flexible range of relocation products and management of short term corporate housing.

PKL has adopted a policy of continual research and development and is deeply committed to the expatriate management industry.
